The 1 star is for this driver only, Not the company. Today at 12:12 PM at The radiant, 28 Racine street, I brought a handicap woman back to her apartment . She has to have a wheelchair and has a handicap parking placarded. I pull up to the handicap parking area in front of the building to find this FEDEX driver taking a break in the work truck backed into not 1 but 2 handicap spaces. Pack and ship is a joke. 1st was ignored, then I had to type everything in. Assoc8ate walked away and was chatting with other workers. Came back abs handed things off to another associate.
It's in a gun shop, which is fine, I shopped too. But they couldn't give me a receipt for drop off. That's not good. I'll go elsewhere for documentation that it was received!
Can’t scan and print QR codes, save your time
Great timing and package prep. I had to ask for service. Then she just turned her computer around for me to do the entry information. As I was leaving, the delivery truck pulled up-so good timing!
