The 1 star is for this driver only, Not the company. Today at 12:12 PM at The radiant, 28 Racine street, I brought a handicap woman back to her apartment . She has to have a wheelchair and has a handicap parking placarded. I pull up to the handicap parking area in front of the building to find this FEDEX driver taking a break in the work truck backed into not 1 but 2 handicap spaces.
