Seven employees with nothing to do. Two customers. I'm speaking to one and another interjects with passive aggressive "customer service voice" lines. After the third line from the bystander, I left.
Quick, friendly service
I'm not sure if the drivers are coming from this specific FedEx location, but the service has been consistently disappointing. A large majority of their drivers, I’d estimate around 90 percent, seem to struggle with following clearly posted road signs. I work at a facility (which I won’t name) that has very straightforward signage instructing drivers to keep left and stay on a designated road. These instructions are frequently ignored.
