Absolutely terrible service. I felt like I was bothering the employees because I wanted to ship something with FedEx. Then they tried to charge me over $200 to overnight 2 paper checks, next day by end of day. It took 40 minutes to find that out. Pam said, well we aren't a Fedex, maybe you can get it cheaper if you go to an actual FedEx store. I left and went to the UPS store in Arnold, and they were very helpful and only charged me $134. Don't give FedEx your business, they dont want it.
The stupid phone system needs to go. I need to talk to a live person. If it was easy I would have done it online.
