Never open. No one "knows how to run it" Dont bother.
Noone works at the FedEx center. If you need anything it is self serve. Also if you have a FedEx provided return label you must print it out and pay for it, they won't print it for you. Go to different location if you have FedEx return shipments.
The reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because the gentleman who was working there was multitasking like crazy, and he made what was a long line, go by like a medium line. Btw they don't ship internationally. And I wish I knew the worker's name who waited on me because he was great!!!
Store employees were rude and dismissive. The store was messy and poorly lit. Never again
