FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.
Office Depot management understands the store, so the wait for shipping could be nothing or it could be behind someone printing out stack after stack of papers. They DO NOT scan QR codes for shipping labels, which is a major inconvenience
