Office Depot management understands the store, so the wait for shipping could be nothing or it could be behind someone printing out stack after stack of papers. They DO NOT scan QR codes for shipping labels, which is a major inconvenience

This is the worst shipping company I’ve ever seen. When you finally get an update that package has arrived you have to find it. I found mine in the ditch in my front yard. Caught on camera of throwing out window not even stopping
