Employee wandered around wiping counters when I asked for help. Didn't help at all.
I had a large business transaction I needed to arrange, probably $1000. I called. No one will answer the phone. There's just an AI that refuses to let you speak to a person. I took my business elsewhere.

An absolute joke of a company. Doesn't send packages to the right place so some random person just signed for my package and it's a completely different address. Cool. Thanks, FedEx.
