Got on maps for directions, directed me To Wal Greens Pharmacy. I thought this can't be right, so I parked and went in to ask if they knew where the Fed Ex Ship site is. I have been in Wal Greens a few times, and never noticed FedEx shipping. So to my surprise, sure enough there it was, go in the front door look to the Left and by golly, FedEx sign right there on the wall. I didn't have to wait, the Person took my package, taped the return Address and I was on my way.
Employee wandered around wiping counters when I asked for help. Didn't help at all.
I had a large business transaction I needed to arrange, probably $1000. I called. No one will answer the phone. There's just an AI that refuses to let you speak to a person. I took my business elsewhere.
Great service, friendly staff.
