An absolute joke of a company. Doesn't send packages to the right place so some random person just signed for my package and it's a completely different address. Cool. Thanks, FedEx.

Extremely difficult to find a ship center that can read your phone. Google takes you to Empty buildings ,a ship center on blue lakes, they could not help Walgreens could not help their new building site across the bridge cannot help. Office max could not help. All of which were ship centers??? Finally found a ship center at the airport. You cannot get anybody on the phone!!!! Two days of trying to find ship a center fedex sucks!!!!!!
