Great friendly quick convenient
Went to this location just to drop off a Fedex package and I stood in line forever and still didn't get to drop off my package. The representative there couldn't focus on any one person. All I needed was a receipt showing I dropped off, and he kept moving on from me to help people that came to the counter after me. I will never visit this location again. And now I have to find another place to drop off. Very, very poor service.
Experience was fine, this fedex is in office max, Google states it's open at 8am. Office Max doesn't open till 9am soooo please update time. Then you have to wait till someone from the office max side can come and help you. Went to another location 1minute away where the shirt says FedEx, but got there with package at 8am and pick up wouldn't be till 5pm....Umh!!!
