This FedEx store has always been efficient and friendly. And easy to get to. Today I went to get a difficult item copied and laminated and she did a fantastic job. So friendly. Very customer oriented. I have packages held here all the time instead of them waiting by my front door. It’s so convenient! 🌟
I had the worst service experience with FedEx. The delivery was extremely delayed, and there was no proper communication or update regarding my package. Customer service was unhelpful and kept giving generic responses without resolving the issue. On top of that, the package was not handled with care and arrived in poor condition. Very disappointing and unprofessional—I will think twice before using FedEx again.
They was very rude and nasty trying to show me how to mail my package because they lazy telling me how to do it you work there not me
