If I can give 0 stars I would. I brought a box to return and they said it wouldn’t fit in the “bin”. If it doesn’t fit, I can’t drop it off. It could have definitely fit inside the bin if they had moved very small boxes on the side. But they said they wouldn’t allow that. Why even have a service where you can even do the most basic thing?
Worthless horrible don’t use fedex if you live in their delivery radius.
Fedex are very bad service. They lost 3 packages and.their phone customer service is the worse staring from the automated system package delivered showed on the system but it was actually never delivered . Till the agents why basically say you have standard package we can't transfer you to resolution team or even to a manager cause package isn't eligible for that such a sad experience with a bad company
