3 months ago I went to this FedEx to ship a small item that fits in a regular envelope, The kind of thing that you can ship for a couple of dollars. Since they require you to use their own packaging, I asked for a FedEx envelope to put it in. They said they were out of envelopes so I would only be able to ship it in the only type of box that they had on hand. I said okay how much is that? I had a FedEx package with a FedEx prepaid label, and they accepted my package no problems. I even got a confirmation receipt with tracking number .
Box was broken into, re-taped and items stolen in route.
