Unable to speak to a real person over the phone for a simple question.
Needed to ship 3 envelopes with documents and with return envelopes to 3 different government agencies. They wouldn't allow me to have the return envelopes, even though I had FedEx labels printed for them. Had to drive to Bremerton to the FedEx shipping depot in order to drop them off. Won't be back. Ever.
They “ misplaced” the Fed Ex login password so couldn’t take a drop off. Saddest part was that the manager just let the employee sink on his own without providing any support at all. She basically says yeah I don’t know where it is. Wow 🤷♀️
