I dropped off a FedEx package, and they didn't have a scanner to scan my package. She said they never have had one, and they have to type the numbers in by hand. Of course, she typed it in wrong, so the receipt I got had an invalid tracking number. I wasn't able to track my package and just had to hope the high-value item arrived properly. They need to get a FedEx scanner that will be 100% accurate rather than the questionable accuracy rate of entering the numbers manually. This is 2026, not the 1980s.
