Had to return a package .they went above and beyond to help me .the girls where very sweet

Employee working the stationary area was respectful. Greeted me and detailed the process for using fed ex on site. There was a manager running around who was disruptive, intruded on our interaction multiple times looking for a 3rd employee and seemed overall confused and rushing. The shipping lady kept her cool and did what she was told but the manager had already made me pretty uncomfortable, can only imagine how under pressure the employees may feel being pushed around like that.
