They close at 7pm not 8 and all the employees saw me at 7:15 at the door and did nothing just smiled and walked away

I have yet to get a package delivered to my door. Everytime so far they have delivered my package to the wrong house. And the bad part is I live in a senior rv park with 1 road. My delivery instructions say come through the white fence and I’m the 4th rv on left. And you would think that I could get my package correctly, not a chance. Everytime I get a delivery I have to go find it.
