Lack of assistance knowledge to help
Bad service here waiting in line to be seen at the FEDEX desk. Ignored not once but twice, the 2nd time quite deliberately - who knows why? ? I walked out. Who needs this nonsense? There are plenty other places to go.
Needed to send small package to the UK urgent , went there BEFORE 7 pm and they told.my husband he needed to go to the main office !! Useless!!
