Drove an extra 20 mins to what I THOUGHT was the most efficient store. Packed in my 4 heavy, prepaid boxes, only to be told that Office Depot doesn't allow them to ship anything with a battery. A store that SELLS computers/accessories with BATTERIES can't ship them? Make that make sense. Thanks for the waste of time.
Lack of assistance knowledge to help
Bad service here waiting in line to be seen at the FEDEX desk. Ignored not once but twice, the 2nd time quite deliberately - who knows why? ? I walked out. Who needs this nonsense? There are plenty other places to go.
