Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
The woman that helped me was extremely friendly, kind, and patient. She took the extra time to help get a label printed for my return of a printer. Many people would have said they couldn't do it but she got it done. Then she even called me to ensure I felt comfortable k owing the printer would be going out that same day. I was very worried because if they did not receive it in a certain time frame they were going to charge me almost 150 dollars. I wish more customer service people were as great as she was.
