Very helpful and very kind people.
I just went to this location to return a modem to my service provider. The girl at the desk first said they could do it but suggested that I take it to another location to ship it more securely. Then when I asked again if they could, she said they couldn't. I would have to imagine this was done to avoid work at my expense. Not good.
This is not about the store but the driver. She pulled up and blocked off us that were doing a Kroger pick up! This is on chambers rd and bit a large space. So thankfully no1 pulled up behind me or I’d been stuck then she got her pick up order and took a break so we were still blocked off so I guess impeding traffic in a parking lot is no biggie to add to it you can’t see cars pulling up when driving in front which is the way I had to go. I had a pre-made box 📦 with a shipping label and had no problem dropping it off. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, took time to answer all my questions despite a busy Xmas season. They gave me a receipt 🧾 and told me the next parcel pick up will be in the morning. Which is fine since I came in right before closing. Great experience. Highly recommend. And the location worked perfect for me :-)
Terrible service. Cannot talk to a person in regards to a delivery. Total nightmare/ Never had these problems with UPS
