Fedex has become a ghost company. It is now not even possible to file a complaint or to resolve any difficulties with delivery. The company constantly refers you to their useless website or you can call 1-800-get lost number where you will be greeted by poorly English speaking condescending and dismissive individuals who’s task is simply get rid of you. The bottom line is AVOID SHIPPING WITH FEDEX. IT IS NOT THE RELIABLE CARRIER IT USED TO BE. IT IS NOW A GARBAGE OF A COMPANY!
Have you looked at to go to a place where everybody has a sucky attitude and tell him trying to assist you to make everything out of dollars and cents no more customer service over there the whole place is empty there was a no customers in there and then after I went there I realized why of course I would never go back there again but that is about the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the manager who didn't even have her name badge or jacket that said anything about FedEx. Great place to ship from any of the major carriers. I stopped trusting the postal service after many failures to deliver on 3 day packages. Easy i and out process with all the shipping supplies and boxes needed. Any carier you choose. My goto every time and no more post office.
Very expensive. Use USPS instead.
These folks really know their stuff…the young man with the British accent was super friendly and knowledgeable.
