Wonderful staff.
Hours for the Print Center are incorrect. So I came back a second time and they were unable to help me because they didn't have a password to get into their own system.
This store advertise. It’s FedEx open on weekends, but it is not open on weekends at all
The lady who helped me had the patients of Jobe! She had to work hard at my situation, because I knew nothing about what I was doing! She was fantastic! I don't remember her name, but she was the only one working that day, and she had a ring on her finger that she said her husband gave her on their 30th anniversary! ( which she also said was along time ago!) She was funny, polite, friendly and an "online" expert! I felt great when I left there!
Horrible experience. Ignored three times, had to actually call out to someone as they walked past. Was told, without stopping, "I'm on lunch you'll have to ask for help at the front desk". Never again.
