Came today to drop off my FedEx package where Maizey asked if I had a QR which there is one on the package slip that Journeys had sent. As soon as she heard QR code she said We cant handle that here. I asked for a manager and Hayden came over stating that they didnt have the capabilities to take a QR code. He said it had to have a shipping label which I told him. This is, in fact, a FedEx shipping site, but as the cashier told me when I walked in looking to ship my less than 1 oz package, he instructed me that there were stipulations. I'm like, okay, what are they?? I said why is this not on the website. He proceeded to tell me that there were no liquids, which I did not have any liquids, and no bio-hazardous items. This location is 1/4 mile from my home. I use it for all my printing and supply needs. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help me find what i need.
