I had no idea what I was doing and had a complicated order so to speak. I wanted to overnight send a letter with a prepaid overnight envelope going from me to one place from that place to another place. The staff was very patient with me and made the complication a little less stressful for me. A wonderful group of people works at this location, it’s inside an office max. Thank you guys!
Cannot get anyone on the phone!!!!!! I hate automated machines that do everything possible to not let you speak to someone... I have a simple question that cannot be answered by your dumb machine!!!!! Put an option to speak to someone for Christ's sake
