They refused to take my box for shipment because its weight is 55 lbs precisely and "it might be to heavy", even though label on the counter says that they accept boxes under 55 lbs. Were not professional enough to provide an answer on why they do not want to accept package of acceptable weight and I should drag my box to the next FedEx office.
There is no info on last drop off time for express
I had no idea what I was doing and had a complicated order so to speak. I wanted to overnight send a letter with a prepaid overnight envelope going from me to one place from that place to another place. The staff was very patient with me and made the complication a little less stressful for me. A wonderful group of people works at this location, it’s inside an office max. Thank you guys!
