Guy was quite unprofessional; it was as if he did not want to ne at work
First, they open at 830a, not 8a (google). Once there, staff was ridiculously unhelpful and rude and refused to ship a package with gel ice packs. Whats the point of a shipping service if they won't ship? Ended up going to a local pack and ship with no issues.
