I've been to several fedex places they couldn't help me ship my package, but the one I went to was very nice, very polite and got it done for me
This location is not a FedEx. It is a grocery outlet and does NOT have a fedex area inside the store. Google will send you here but do not waste your time driving to this place. THERE IS NO FEDEX HERE.
Very friendly and patient staff
They were very helpful. I had to fax a document that had several pages. Never got a confirmation. So they re-faxed it at no charge to me and confirmed it went through. Which was wonderful. That was above and beyond great customer service. Although it did take me some time to get their attention. A group of 4 of them were busy talking with each other behind the counter. I had to say " Excuse Me" "May I have some help?" More than once before I was acknowledged.
