PSA: This FedEx site does not have the ability to ship AT&T returns. (And when I told the her I had a barcode she spun the monitor to me "you need to fill this out, tell me when you are done" ..ok, I'll play...when I told her I didn't have the shipping address and showed her AGAIN the printout. " we can't do that here" )

I was pleased with Mel, who assisted me with professionalism, friendliness and care. I needed to purchase a shipping label, which needed to be printed. Neatly organized location.
Yah not happy with them. Their drivers have lied more then once about trying to show up to deliver when they never have come by. Even the leasing office confirmed before they never did show up. Won't even be using them again as lying and making people wait all day is just not cool.
Very convenient. Friendly staff.
