We went there today and the lady totally ignore us. We were waiting for 10 minutes and she was checking here phone and copy some card without even tell us if she would help us.
They did not have boxes available for my prepaid ground shipping label. I was sending a laptop for repairs. I asked if I could use a FedEx Express box which was available in the correct dimensions, but she said, "We can't use those with a ground shipping label. They yell at us when we do that..." She didn't offer to help me find what I needed. Instead she directed me to the shipping supplies aisle of the Office Depot store in which they're located.
