I have been trying to speak to a human for over an hour. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with to receive a package. Terrible terrible terrible
Please, do not send anything through this location via FedEx. I was told that my package would arrive the very next day by the end of the day; however, two days later—when I went to inquire about it—they told me it hadn't been sent, that they still had it on-site, and that they didn't know when it would arrive. I politely asked for my package back, and they made me wait while displaying a very surly attitude.
The FedEx Office is inside the Walmart along the front wall.
Had to wait on a long line for 15 minutes, for the employee to tell me they only go the drop box there.
