Noone answers a phone!!!
Not so much the site although I thought the point of these were for later drop offs which is not the case. Then when you know you’re running out of time and you call the one 800 number to FedEx and it takes you over 15 minutes to get a live person to answer a simple question and in that time you already missed the other deadline for the main store to drop off to just because FedEx refuses to hire live people.
Got there just before they got busy. Good since 1 of the registers was down.
They were efficient and kind and the store was very clean
