Easy to get in and out quick. Friendly service.
When asked if they take Amazon returns the girl stated, “Um, yeah, but it’s a process. It takes time.” She’s wasn’t kidding. What a joke. I left after 15 minutes of “the process” and still had the items that needed to be returned in my hand!
The customer service will not allow you to speak with a person this is the worst automation/customer service. I need to know why delivery has been sitting at the same spot for 5 days!
By the way, Fed Ex located in Office Depot, you don't need a battery sticker to ship a lap top. Only if there were two, or I was including a cell phone with the lap top. So, thank you for wasting my time. It pays to know what you're doing! Not sure who to blame the guy who told me they could help me, or the girl who walked over and told me all of a sudden they couldn't. I knew it didn't sound right, but what can I do?
