Staff (3 of them) behind the counter would do anything to avoid making eye contact with the next waiting customer. Mostly, they pretended to be doing something on their computers. I dropped my job off on Monday. I have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to get the status of my job. Disappointed.

Came here to drop off a FedEx return the site , walked up to an employee at the counter . Who took few mins to say hello even he was to busy to be bothered on the computer and ask “what do you want” , I told the gentleman I didn’t catch his name tag but he was dark skinned around 6pm-630pm Feb 16th. He told me I can’t do that I need you drive down the road to actual ship site , he doesn’t do FedEx at this location . He said not his problem threw his hands up in the air . if your too lazy to do it just say so and don’t refuse... read more

Can I give zero stars?? This location sucks and the person here avoids taking fedex drop offs at all cost. Once he even said can’t take anymore drop offs because he has no space. No space for envelop??
