SO SO NOT HAPPY!!! Everytime I get and item sent 2 me using fedex, as of late, its delayed.. for no apparent reason except t driver is LAZY!!! They moved my old driver who NEVER had an issue delivering 2 me. Id let him (as well as t ups and usps drivers) know when t road was impassible and we'd set up a meeting spot.. This "new" driver doesnt even try I just get a message saying delivery delayed.. SO SO DONE with fedex!! N Im gonna tell EVERY company I order from.
First time visiting this location and everything was pretty smooth with great customer service
FedEx is the worst tracking and packaging and shipping service to use where I’m from. I’ve had countless packages end up at neighbors houses and then opened by those neighbors. I tried calling FedEx and either they’re closed so early which is fine or they put me on a robot and then I try to connect to an associate in the associate never picks up. Thank you so much FedEx for being useful. I hope my neighbor enjoys playing with my package and with what I paid for.
