No surprise, there are terrible ratings here. This place is a total joke! Had to print something while away from home and it cost $10 to rent time on computer and simply print a few pages. It made me logout (and reboot the computer) after printing just 3 pages and then forced me to add my payment and login AGAIN just to print a few more pages. This place has the worst customer service.
There is nothing indicating where in the store the FedEx drop off location is. Also the store was disorganized and dirty, the employees clearly DGAF based on how the store looked and their attitudes.
They can’t help you, don’t visit this location. They can’t even print a label.
