I brought a package to the site had a FedEx sticker on it they couldn't deliver it for me and I was told to come there to have it shipped off not happy

We drove all the way here. Nobody was shopping in the office depot location.Hence, almost completely empty except for one older gentleman.The young man waiting on him was about 30 years old. I asked him where to take my package for fed ex.He stopped me from talking, saying he couldn't help me now. He was very rude. Then when he finally saw me he said he forgot the password to fed ex.
