Knowledgeable friendly
Seemingly impossible to call the store to ask a question about something about something inside this location. Robot will take you through prompts and then tell you “thank you” and hang up. Furthermore, you cannot ship without a physical ID. Lastly, since Google won’t let you rate 0, giving a star because at least the physically present staff was nice hence why 2 stars.
GPS is wrong. This is INSIDE THE OFFICE MAX.
