Waited forever
Office depot staff. Not FedEx staff. Very slow, usually only 1 person available. I hate being forced to use this location
Do not go to this location if you have anything important to ship. I asked the woman to wrap my package with packing tape. She said she would do it. I come back to make sure she did. So that would be a big NO! I said why are you not putting packing tape like you said? She said I’m too busy. There was one person in the store. So I will not use FedEx here again!
This is not a shipping center and this location only has a drop box. The google information for this was a little misleading, because it says there is a drop box AND a shipping center, but unfortunately that's not the case. If you want assistance with an order or shipping you'll have to go to the FedEx Print and ship center in Thornton. The address for that one is 7101 E 128th Ave, Thornton, CO 80602.
