Fast efficient, helpful & very Friendly. This is the only Fedex station I will use from now on. I tried the one in Staples. Don't bother. My boyfriend and I had a packaged overnight shipped and it has literally been sitting at the facility for 6 days. It would say “out for delivery “ then We kept getting the update of “delivery not attempted “ ??? my boyfriend has called multiple times, and even drove all the way to the store three times to try and get the package.
