I have waited for a very expensive product for quite some time that I need. Tried to call them when I saw the delivery had an “exemption”. I don’t know why because I checked the shipping address but this wouldn’t be the first time someone didn’t want to come to my house and lied on their delivery report saying they came and did what I asked but did not.
