Encountered Michael Benson, a delivery driver, and he made my day with his kindness, and courtesy. Carried my heavy package farther than he had to, and was even nice to my cat. A very special person, and obviously a very great Fed Ex employee.
The lady was very polite.
Always fantastic service and never any issues shipping anything through FedEx.
Had to do my own checking in , of packages I needed to have shipped, basic teller skills , like information input of package address into there system is above them , don't take stuff here to ship
