Waited forever for staff to simply accept sending my FedEx package. One guy was busy cutting paper, meanwhile what appeared to be the manager was just wandering thru aisles aimlessly, as I asked him assertively multiple times for his assistance, he just said the other guy will help. Sometimes as a manager, you should not delegate everything to your own worker bee, as I don't necessarily blame the actual worker here.
