The staff at Office Depot were great, Very helpful and courteous! Got my package labeled and shipped right away. So convenient!
Worst experience ever. Kid yelled at me and then told his manager that I yelled at him. I was trying to drop off a package and he couldn't understand and kept telling me he couldn't accept a return...ugh
Don't like it since they have closed the main FedEx office here. Asked for FedEx shipping at the ship site. The guy that worked there sent it USPS instead. Needed atleast a 2 day delivery. It took 3 and was late. Was trying to find it under FedEx tracking until I saw he didn't send it the way I asked him to.
