Inside the Office Max! Was a little hard to find.
Called to resolve an issue with a damaged package and the replacement being held. Spoke with customer service who don’t speak English. Asked to speak with someone else bc we couldn’t understand each other. Refused to let me speak to anyone else and did not resolve my issue then hung up on me. TERRIBLE customer service.
Very quick. In & out. Mailed back a device to Spectrum. Would have taken 10 times as long if I had gone to Spectrum directly.
Could go faster
Office Max helped me very much. It was the 3rd place I went to. The 1st 2 places were RUDE & didn't seem to care if they helped me or not. Customer Service is horrible. But at Office Max it was a breath o fresh air!!!! Thank you Office Max. ♥️
