I brought a terrabite portable flash drive. When I tried using the the printer the USB option(which is one of the few options you can use to import files that you would like to print) did not work. I had to see the store clerk to have my files printed rather than using the FedEx Print & Go service for quick, self-service printing. The store clerk was very amiable to speak to. This is the worst FedEx location i have ever been!! It started with worst customer service just taking my envelope that I had a shipment label for it, and just hand me a receipt showing that I came by and drop off the envelope. And the label is for a shipment that should have gone out the next day. It's an envelope that's less than two ounce with some very important documents. They were quick and helpful. I was moving a rooms worth of stuff by shipping it and they quickly took care of my needs. I also got a discount for sending bulk to the same location. Definitely recommend!
