I went in late in the afternoon and was greeted and helped to get my overnight package ready to meet the time of pickup. Everyone was great.
Everything I have had shipped from fedex in the last 4 years has not arrived on time. Always end up "in transit" at the Spokane valley location days after it was suppose to be delivered. Customer support is no help.
Don’t use FedEx. I have a package coming from China using “International Priority” which means in the US, you should receive it the next business day. It’s been 4 business days and my package was to arrive yesterday before 4:30 and it’s now tomorrow and 5:15pm. What is the point in using a shipping method if it doesn’t work out the way they describe?
