The people were incredibly helpful throughout our entire process. We had to print from an email 5 separate times, then scan and email 13 pages twice, and finally fax 13 pages, of which the cost is totally outrageous at $2 per page with the 1st page being free. The employee even warned us that it was extremely expensive to fax anything before we even started. CALL OUT: OFFICE DEPOT QUIT RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF JUST TO MAKE A FAX!! I went in late in the afternoon and was greeted and helped to get my overnight package ready to meet the time of pickup. Everyone was great.
Everything I have had shipped from fedex in the last 4 years has not arrived on time. Always end up "in transit" at the Spokane valley location days after it was suppose to be delivered. Customer support is no help.
