Came here Lunch time, no one working for an hour It wasn’t mentioned in working hours
They don't take QR codes! Just pre labeled packets.
Denied my box drop off, saying they were "too full" and if I dropped off my 3 24x18x20 boxes, there would be "no space for people with little packages" left. The man behind the counter sent me packing down the road to find another location. I attempted to drop off at 2:30pm, and as of today, their pickup is listed as 5pm on the website. Please see attached photo for the area that was too full.
Office Depot Staff is helpful, but this location is a self serve location and won’t handle QR code returns. Or really have shipping info (Fedex staff)
