If I could leave zero stars I would. FedEx is customer service is nonexistent. Their online virtual assistant is not intelligent. Their drivers will not leave packages where they’re told to leave them. They’re supervisors say that they are unable to set specific times to be delivered for packages that require signatures. FedEx supervisors demand that I’ll be there when their truck gets there and they cannot guarantee that their truck can be there at a good time for me the customer. The employees are nice but they do not have the ability to scan QR codes. You have to have you label already on the package. Skip this place and head to the Beechmont store
