They no longer prepare labels. So come to a place that has all of the things you need to pack and ship, but doesn't prepare the label. Can someone explain it to me.
I went in there. I waited 15 minutes. The lady said she doesn’t know what Federal Express is and she never heard of it. They don’t have any envelopes and you can’t drop Federal Express off here. They’re all a bunch of bozos.
I dropped off a surepost package (a usps package that can be dropped off at fedex) and it got lost before being scanned at the post office. They didn’t offer me a receipt to prove they’d taken it. When I went back to the store to look for it they could not find it. When I asked where it would go from there they gave me two post office locations. When I got to the post office to inquire about it, that post office said they never receive any usps packages from that fedex and that it is not even in their jurisdiction. There is ... read more
