I paid for express shipping on a very important package. It was supposed to be delivered this past Wednesday, then they lied about attempting to deliver when I have a camera and they didn’t. The delivery date got moved to the next day, still no package after waiting at home all day. They moved it to Friday, still no package. Moved it to Saturday, no package. Today is Sunday and FedEx lied about a driver being on the way and that they attempted to deliver to another FedEx pickup store, they said that store was closed… I calle... read more
This location is trash. The white gentleman working on 9/22/2025 told me a blatant lie. He was prepared to help me, until i informed him the package was being shipped to China. However he started to look surprised and stated they don’t ship internationally. Upon further research i confirmed, they do in fact ship internationally. I do not like being inconvenienced. And i believe you too will be inconvenienced at this location.
Says they are a ship site but they don’t box up your merchandise’s as advertised. States they are drop off location only and tried to get me to buy boxes.
