Update, they did it again. They never even showed up. Never called to reschedule. This company is a mess from top to bottom. The following is the previous problem. I had with them. Horrible business. Horrible business. Did not deliver critical medicine when it was scheduled. Waited for twelve hours for the medicine. They never showed up, never called me, and it turned out they rescheduled it for the next day, but they never even told me about that. This is cancer medicine folks. If you can't handle the responsibility of getting something like that to a customer, you have no business being in business. Use UPS.
Horrible business. Won't deliver critical medicine. 2 days waited, 12 hours each day. One representative does not know what the others are doing. Took 2 days off work for no reason at all. $14,500 dollar medicine appears to be lost in the shuffle.
