I called in 10 minutes before I came in to check if they accepted escooter dropoffs containing batteries, and they said yes. I lugged it all the way there, and then they said we don’t take it… I am literally speechless, i also asked if they could transfer it to a different fedex for me since they messed up and didnt have a car, and they refused.

Outstandingly poor service from a highly triggered store manager, ARIANA who consistently displayed verbal aggression to multiple customers. Staff at this location are undertrained and unwilling to complete tasks, leading to long lines and unhappy customers. Formal complaints have been filed by the customers - FedEx Management will need to review the practices here.
