This FedEx site move to Office Depot Max. I ask for tape to tape up my envelope and they charge me the as a Full Service fee for the tape to drops off. I am ok with that fee if they tell me before I use the tape. Why there’s a Full Service fee when I am doing my own taping? First time being charged for tape at FedEx location. All other FedEx places I went they even taped it for free. Maybe this is new service that I am not aware of yet. This makes me feel like a very sketchy place. I would never go this location again.
