FedEx AI recording does allow customers the option to track packages that may have been delivered to an incorrect location, which probably just means that it happens often enough to warrant the creation of an AI option to address the issue. I have found their prerecorded messages are useless when a customer needs information that isn't addressed by one of the prerecorded responses. Always realy fast
FedEx has turned into the worst shipping company in the USA. Packages are Never on time and usually are broken or missing contents. Here is a pick of my latest package. 6 boxes of salt.... no body but FedEx could have broken boxes of salt. It was pouring all over my front porch when delivered.
