I made five calls, selecting every option to speak to a live person, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get through. I then drove almost 20 minutes to arrive at 7:07 p.m., only to discover that they were closed. The gentleman at the locked door informed me that he wasn’t sure if shipments would be going out tomorrow (Veterans Day). FedEx, I kindly request that you update your business hours and educate your staff about this matter.
I have been here a couple of times before and made it in and out with no issues. This is the first time I tried to make it by after I got off work... weel the hours posted on the website, need to be updated. I am including a photo here of the hours they have posted at the store in hopes of saving others from showing up to a store already closed.
Can there be anyone worse at customer service?? ZERO help
