I can’t give 0 stars or a negative amount so I guess I’ll have to be generous and give 1. You cannot return items here but they do ship so you have to pay so I was forwarded to a real Fedex location because this one ships… but they don’t ship returns. Location is a waste of time
FedEx Shipping is inside of Office Max AKA Office Depot next to 2nd & Charles. I was shipping a pre-fixed labeled Apple IPhone so I asked for Confirmation. I was told to "Throw it in the brown bin". I have a hold on my CC for an expensive Apple return device so tossing it in a large bin without confirmation could be an issue. The staff were on their phones and agitated by the having to engage in printing confirmation and the visit in general. The store does not have FedEx text confirmations.
