I'm glad their self serve, but I feel that the staff is a little harsh and too targeting. I had problems with their copy machines because it always come out lighter and when I addressed it, the staff member had not done anything to solve it. It's like the customer service went south and more likely the products' outcome was horrible. They should hire caring staff people rather than snotty ones.
Great experience as far as mailing goes. In and out in seconds friendly service and convenient
Took 30 minutes for me to walk there and took 30 minutes of my time. Extremely slow
